What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All computer components and pre-built systems come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. Some specific parts, like power supplies and high-end CPUs, may carry extended coverage up to 5 years.
How long does shipping take for pre-built PCs?
Standard pre-built systems ship within 2-3 business days. Custom-built rigs require a testing and stress-benchmarking period, typically shipping within 5-7 business days.
Do you offer technical support if I have trouble with my build?
Yes, our dedicated support team is available via live chat and email to help you troubleshoot hardware installation or driver compatibility issues.
What is your return policy for opened components?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened components are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is found to be defective.
Are the components in your pre-built PCs brand new?
Absolutely. EasyPC exclusively uses brand-new, retail-grade components from reputable brands. We never use refurbished or 'no-name' generic parts in our builds.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
