At EasyPC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and components. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EasyPC account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original box with all manuals, cables, and accessories included, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the exterior of the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
